Everything Ramaphosa has embarked on was initiated by the thieves. Expropriation has been ANC policy for some time. Ramaphosa simply followed through due to pressure from within the party.

Yes, the pressure from the Zupta faction on land issue must have been strong, knowing that without that type of "action" they're likely to lose big time next election, which will destroy the feeding trough.

Not everything CR has done was due to the Zupta faction pressure, the Zondo and Nugent commissions unlikely have the Zupta factions approval.
 
The only way to decisively deal with this is to start throwing people in jail.
There are many cases open that the NPA and flightless Hawks have just not bothered with.

Prosecute!!!

I'm pretty sure Ramaphosa has an Order 66 for such occassions
