Fresh bread - Mill own flour

I recently decided to take my bread baking to a new level, deciding to milling my own wheat berries just before baking (fresh flour, 100% non-rancid wheat germ present, 100% nutrition available etc.). I have a small mill but trying to find a good organic wheat seems to be problematic.

Anyone know of a source in Gauteng where I can purchase wheat berries ?
