Fridge spike suppression.

When I was active in this field we ran into the same problem which I documented below

The solution we implemented was a bigger inverter.
Interesting article.
I also read the generator vs solar and we have both.
If it was just for load shedding then it would be no problem but we have many outages here, between 3 and 80 hours at a time so when that happens we run the generator for 2 hours every 5 hours.
I agree on the bigger inverter but right now it's just a challenge to see if I can get around the spike problem.
 
Theoretically, what is actually needed is a flywheel based UPS to go between the fridge and inverter.
That would be able to provide enough energy for the inrush current.
