Hi Guys,

Anyone here play PUBG on frogfoot. I would like to know if you guys also get allocated to a South American Server with 300+ ping?

Frogfoot is terrible for gaming.

Ok let me help you out there sunshine, Frogfoot is the FNO (Fiber network operator) it's your ISP's responsibility to move traffic accordingly not the FNO. So who's the ISP and have you chatted with them about your latency. Have you done pingplotter to see where your latency increases from?

Lol, thank you. I will chat to VOX.

That's why you're having the issue, Vox has capacity on the cable that goes to South America but it doesn't work with everything, so what's happening is some of the servers and the matchmaker probably see you have 160ms to these servers but then you get put into a different South American server at a different data center that Vox doesn't have a set route to.

If they are useless just enable warp (free vpn by 1.1.1.1) and it will reroute you back to EU
