Frogfoot ISP's

I'm getting fibre in January and I'm torn between all the available ISP options. Would love some feedback from people on Frogfoot with whichever ISP.

Been with Cool Ideas on a 100/100 package since July, super happy, not a single minute downtime since I signed up. My streaming services are always 100%, Netflix hits 4K quality within the first minute of starting a stream and stays constant throughout. Response and support is good, price is good for what you're getting. Definitely recommended.

I'm really interested in them, but after seeing all the complaints and issues this past month on their feedback thread, I'm rethinking... Also do you play Csgo, if so what is your ping to local servers and is there a packet loss issue on Frogfoot as well?

Also with Cool Ideas on FrogFoot. Currently an ongoing issue with international downloads for tcp but gaming & streaming works 100%.

Don't play local games but ping in swtor is 170/180.

Netflix & Youtube stream in 4k no issues.

I'm on webafrica. They're fine. Had some issues for the first couple of weeks with latency but since then I get around 20ms to local game servers. The wife and I can stream full HD at the same time without issue.

Their support is a bit garbo though. They just seem to keep telling you it's your wifi router when it clearly isn't. A little disappointing but the connection seems solid.
