Frogfoot plus Wifi AX3

Hi

Can't connect to Afrihost supplied AX3 on 2.4ghz so I want to access the router to access wireless settings but none of the default admin passwords work. Is my only option a factory default? If so does Frogfoot use PPPOE or DHCP as its WAN configuration.

It is the phone number used during the sign-up of the account/service.

Your default password is your cellphone number and we use DHCP with Frogfoot.

I have tried both 083XXXXXXX and +2783XXXXXXX formats for the only cellphone number that was used and it doesn't work.
