Frogfoot/Webafrica onboarding

Hi All,

Newbie here on the forums.

Moved home from Vumatel/webafrica to Frogfoot/webafrica.

When I connect my laptop to the ONT via LAN, internet access works, when I connect my zyxel router to the ONT, which was the router carried over from the older vumatel/webafrica address, then connect via IPOE under ETHWAN setting, all lights are green on the router, but any attempted connection to the router takes the connecting device to the Webafrica Capture Portal, and logging in there with my username and password does nothing.

Have tried to switch the ETHWAN to PPPOE, using my package username and password, but the internet light then turns red, no connection.

No response from Webafrica’s onboarding team as yet.

Any ideas?

Frogfoot uses DHCP to connect in some areas and not user/pass

Thank you for the info Went_For_Beer, if I can get this to work I will owe you a beer.
Not sure how to get it setup on the zyxel, but will give it a go.
