Has FF resolved its Western Cape Packet loss issues?

Currently on Openserve and looking for higher speeds but not going to move FNO if FF still has problems with packet loss.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

EDIT: This belongs in Fibre Networks not ISP. Apologies.

They have not, no. Been dealing with this for the past 2 weeks and patiently waiting for it to resolve itself.

Kinda wish they didn't have a monopoly in my neighbourhood.

Thanks - good to know. Hope you get sorted soon.

Me too - It's been a nightmare over wifi especially. Will test with ethernet later but I've automatically changed wifi channels and tested it on a mesh and the main router.

It's severely disruptive, can't do any video calls due to the constant dropping.

Ethernet seems to be OK, no packet loss. Set up automatic channel selection on main router and mesh system but pulling my hair here.

Update: Changed the MTU to 1444 and it has helped albeit not perfectly fixed it.

Connected ethernet and it's been dropping packets like crazy. Turned off ipv6 at Afrihost's suggestion, it did nothing.

Edit at 16h51: Today was a write off, for work, thanks to FF's poor service. Got a ticket open now and need to wait for some sort of resolution.

FML.
