From 3.5mbps to under 1mbps?

Ok I have two 4meg lines (Office & Home) both using afrihost capped. two weeks ago i was getting 3.5mbps all the time. since last week i bearly get over 1mbps on both of my line's.

Is anyone else having this problem?

My service has also gone for a ball as of 8AM this morning.

Is this what uncapped users have to look forward to?

Hummercellc you say you using capped and unskinnybob says uncapped..?
Anyway, I have had Afrihost 4MB Uncapped for little over a week now and this morning around 10am or so I also went from getting close to 400k/s down to 15k/s.
According to my account i've done about 96GB. (yes i squeezed a little extra) So I am still well under the "200GB limit"
I've logged a support ticket, but haven't heard anything yet.

I am using Telkom 4Mb line and I am also getting super slow 30 - 60 KBps speeds (not like 400 I'm supposed to get). Don't know what's going on...
