From Iburst to Neotel need advice

Hello all.

Please I need some advice I want to move from Iburst HSDPA to Neotel Date.
Is Neotel good for online gaming like world of Warcarft? Very bad service from Iburst HSDPA. For 2 months now I had no joy with them lag from 1500ms to 4000ms, DC all the time and Wintergrasp impossible to play.

Please if someone can advice me if Neotel will be my solution.
