To apply, send your CV and portfolio to info [at] redgiantdesign.co.za

R 150 000 per month... ? If yes I will send CV. What is market related?

Trolls need not apply. ;)

But it is also silly not to give an idea of the salary band. It takes effort to prep a CV and go through the interview process just to find out a company is paying peanuts.

What happened to the last thread with this discussion? Did it get deleted?

I posted this like 24 hours ago...and here we are again.
This, this and THIS.

Very mature way to market Red Giant Design.

I'll skip this company.
A: Whether we post our salary band publicly or not is our prerogative, not yours or Bosvarks or anybody else's. Believe it or not there are certain commercial reasons for not posting this. (Which is why you may have seen several recruitment agencies advertising in the same manner)

B: If you were genuinely interested in this position a simple PM/email to us would have got you the information you wanted. Responding on my thread with sarcastic comments (Let's be honest - R1.8m p.a. is not a mid-level web developers salary in Durban) is going to get sarcastic responses.

I don't want to post the salary publicly because it's extremely variable based on your skillset and experience. If you'd simply started a dialogue with me about it I could explain this to you and give you an idea of what we're willing to pay but you chose to start flaming instead.

As that's exactly the type of person we don't want, please feel free to continue "skipping this company."

Roll eyes... Not really the place to find good staff... Speak to a recruiter.
