frustration

I am writing in frustration as I have 4 data lines and 4 voice lines

All the data lines have a cap of their 3 or 5 gig and this has been implemented since 2016

All voice lines except 082*********** are on top up

There is no way I can run over to the degree that my account shows

I have called in excess of 10 times telephonic to be either cut off /put through to the rate our service I will call you back (still waiting for this)update I have been on the phone since 8 am to now

Please Help urgently !!!!!
