Fruugo is a big scam marketplace

Fruugo is the worst marketplace, never you buy or sell on it ,the reason you will never get what you order is because fruugo don't pay the real seller of the goods,they use your money for business ,they promise to pay the seller after 14 days of shipping, even when the seller shipped the item without payment ,fruugo still hold the money for longer time until they have some excuse about ,they will say your bank return back the money so they collected 20 euro ,they do this in many times to one seller in Italy ,as a seller I strongly advice you to stay away from fruugo or they will frustrate your business ,meoitalian is down because of fruugo,very soon I will paste all conversations here so all sellers can learn from my mistakes for doing business with this scamming marketplace.

They are incapable and slower than Wish.com. Also, they cannot even track your parcel from the UK to SA.

Yep what happened to me. Could not give me anything except that they had some tracking number from DHL.

No indication or proof sent to me. Nothing showing on DHL other than the item was at DHL.

To be fair they refunded me after a few months.

Any international company that tries to masquerade as being local i instantly give a wide berth, there's a good few of them and they are all sh1te as can be.

Most if not all of them are also just gloried dropshippers and pull products from Amazon or other marketplaces, so whether the item is actually available to order and can be delivered to your country is a complete crapshoot and apparently getting a refund out of them is neigh impossible.

If you have to order anything from these kinds of places always pay with Paypal so the refund process is relatively painless.

with karibaa i think it depends on which seller you land up with ,ive bought a few weird items from them ,allways recieved them ,usually within 4 weeks and a lot cheaper than local ,if you can even find it locally .
