FTA Channels and 1131

Is there anywhere I can get a guide (or maybe one of our esteemed members can help) to tune the 1131 to receive the FTA channels from http://www.lyngsat.com/intel68.html ?

I'm just a little confuzzled when I look at the "Dish Installation" settings on the decoder.
