FTP and ADSL Router

Hi,
I am new to ADSL Routers and ftp servers...

I have set up an FTP server in windows xp, with a dynamic ip thats updated at dyndns, i can access the server from the intranet but i cant access it from the internet.

We have a Telkom Pots ADSL ethernet router. i think the router is blocking the incoming traffic, how do i route the traffic to the server?

How do i access the configuration panel for the ADSL router?
