FTP & Email Issues

Hi guys

Has anyone been experiencing issues with ADSL and FTP/Email connectivity.

We have been having major issues trying to connect via FTP and Email, it goes up and down on a regular basis, sometimes, we just cannot connect to any FTP or EMail for 30mins or so.

Does anyone know if Telkom have been stuffing around with bandwidth shaping in the last few days?

Ok, nevermind, just checking the SAIX Noticeboard now and I see that New Doornfontein exchange is down, AGAIN So international browsing is slow if not, non-existent.
