So I want to be able to remotely drop files on my Pi, and figure that FTP is an easy way to do it. Found a pretty cool tutorial: http://www.pibeginners.com/ftp-server/
What I'm not sure about is the whole IP side of things. What will the IP of my Pi be that I can reach from the outside? Do I need a static IP? If I can't get a static IP how do I setup a DNS service? Will that even work? aaaarrrrgggg:wtf:
