Hi all

I've got a weird problem with one of my Pc's.
I am trying to use the command line FTP that ships with windows but It doesn't want to operate!

Ok, heres what happens: I open the command interpreter (CMD) and type FTP to run the command and hit enter. Then it's suppose to this:

C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%>ftp *Hit enter*
ftp> *FTP Is run*

BUT it doesn't... For some frikken reason all it does is this:

C:\Documents and Settings\%User%>ftp *Hit enter*
C:\Documents and Settings\%User%> *Back to square one*

It just goes back to normal command line with no errors.
Now I've verified that the FTP.exe is located in my %Windir%\System32
and even replaced it with one from the OS installation disk.
TCP/IP is installed on this machine.
There are no Firewall of port blocking on this system.
There is an anti-virus but I've disabled it and still no luck.
I've run the system from safe mode with networking and it does the same.

The OS on the system is Win Server 2k.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thx.
