I think the OP is saying that Colorado Park is in the nicer side of MP. 
Shah33m, I suggest you get all your neighbours together and then approach the various fibre providers. There should be other threads here on how to approach the providers.

incidentally telkom called me yesterday about fibre. apparently in a years time. not holding my bloody breath.

I have a dslam two roads away from me so for now, im just going to go the ADSL route and hope i get good speeds.
Edit: i am waiting on telkom to get back to me as i need a line installed.
