You can't resell the bandwidth otherwise WUGS would be styling. You need a license to do what you propose. There are legal issues involved, I'm not gonna take the wrap for your kiddie porn surfing for example. What you propose is illegal.

as I said, obstacles need to be overcome, a feasibility assessment will need to be done, but don't just write it off without some consideration, especially with 8k per month surplus on just 50 users, at R400pm, if that was R500pm thats 13k gross surplus

Using Fiberhoods in Craighall Park and the experience has been somewhere between underwhelming to crap.

Telkom has its issues, but you get used to them and work around them.

I'm supposedly on a 100Meg/s line with a 1TB

The 7meg/sec downloads are Telkom ADSL, the others are VOX via Fibrehoods
