Hi everyone,
If you're in the Linksfield area (JHB) and are interested in fibre, please go to www.linksfieldfibre.co.za and submit your details.
This will speed up the process an immense amount.
Also remember to spread the word and get your friends, family, next door neighbours and your Facebook list of friends know about the site (if they're in the area).
The more user that complete the form, the faster the ball can start rolling!
Thanks

Hi,

How many people have shown interest so far, and who are you trying to get fibre with (e.g. Vumatel, Dark Fibre Africa, etc.)

Thanks

Hi, i'm not too sure as i'm not involved. I was sent an e-mail by a close friend.
At the moment I think it's the best chance we have of getting fibre in the near future to Linksfield. It's a market that no company has tried to penetrate.
I haven't seen any plans by any companies to bring it here.
The site is just to log your details, there is no commitment involved.
I hear there's been contact with TT Connect to bring fibre to Club Terrace as we have over 120+ houses in the complex so we will wait and see. Also, Lightspeed is available but their cap in the packages are not necessary at all so it's a waste.
Please share as much as you can, let's see where this takes us. Have you noticed they've been laying fibre on Club Street?

Fibrehoods will be the first to be brining fibre to Linksfield with SLCAP.
If you are interested, please go sign up on their website @ www.fibrehoods.co.za
It should be here within 2-4 months so the more people that show their interest by signing up, the faster they will want our money!

It seems Vumatel are now the providers for Linksfield, Senderwood and Bedfordview.
You can go onto the Vumatel website and select your location under "coverage". In such a big area we can cover the amount of signups required quite fast.
Remember to share the news as now it's going to take a little longer. Can the title of the thread be changed please to include all areas affected? TIA
