How do ISP's calculate their prices if they installed, owns and operates a consumer ftth service?

How does one maximize your r.o.i to keep the shareholders happy (ahem the banks happy) but also not overcharge especially when one is the absolute Monopoly in an area?

Why did you edit your title and OP? I also liked them worthless prentjies...

My friend I have so many things I want to ask and more things I feel compelled to write about to get my take on planning, implementing and taking to market an FTTH/B network.

A unique global market in terms of internet legacy, a unique local market we are selling to and a unique ownership/operator model and topping it with local council that is still suffering scars from the great depression (not use to the new stuff).

Vetro fibre map... I should've gone with asking my asks and saying my says on vetro fibremap instead of a market/money related query.

Can one really get away with planning and managing the physical ducting, access and other civil infrastructure on something as the Vetro and not have another planning platform for the actual "engineering" spec plans I expected at the start of joining a fibre rollout?

It just feels too loose.
