Anyone know of any ISP's that are/ will be rolling out fibre to Southern Suburbs in Cape Town? Specifically areas like Heathfield and Elfindale.
 
lightspeed if you get enough signups, Rather push for 123net though still need 200 signups
 
I do like the fact that 123net has a website showing how many signups are required.
