FULL 3G but no internet connectivity

My wife's phone started acting up.since about yesterday morning. Shows full bars and 3G, but no internet comms.

When I try to access any webpages, I get redirected to a Vodacom URL (also not opening, btw).

Nothing's changed, and I've gone through the reset and verify motions as far as the APN is concerned. My data SIM in her phone works, so I believe it is something on her account.

Anyone experience this?

You can see that the internet inhibitor has been switched on on her line.

I phoned customer support and explained this to them, but the chap didn't know what that was, and I do that know any better. Do I phone again and hope the next guy knows better? Is this something g that can be sorted out over the phone?

Be happy it is showing the inhibitor page... it means that you are out of bundle and won't be charged more than you have already been specified as max limit.
Had staff not setting limits and racking up thousands of Rands out of bundle...
