I then suggest you contact customer care or go into a store with ID and query who locked it and why.Funny enough I have a debit order (just checked that it goes off each month ) .And I sure as hell did not report my sim as stolen which leads me to believe it’s a sim swap scam

ok, so I just go this in the early hours of the morning.sign into your account in your browser and have a look at the balances.Account not in arrears and it is a topup contract. Not possible to exceed usage

I should also mention that a 087 & 079 number tries to call me everyday. Truecaller identifies it as vodacom sales. I blocked the number from contacting me. They call too frequently and I never answer my phone.
This is the number that tries to call me everyday : 0872852908 and 0792103339... I never answer the calls.
