Full amount of data not allocated

I have signed up a 80GB data bundle with Telkom, but for the past 3 months I have been allocated less data as agreed upon in my contract. The contract us broken down into 20GB bundles.

It reflect the the 4 bundles of 20GB each but the graph indicated that 40GB was used, which is impossible as I have received my data for the new month of July yesterday. Please see attached screenshot. Can anyone advise me what to do

I am paying the same amount every month but receive less data
