Am looking for a PC to replace my current "everyday/download box/plex server" PC

Item wanted (be very descriptive): A full PC with at least Intel i5 CPU, 4GB RAM, DVD RW, 4 SATA ports and some sort of GPU (integrated is fine)
Is packaging essential?: No
Desired age and condition: Working
Location: Johannesburg
Willing to accept a shipped item: Yes but prefer collect/F2F
Budget: R2500
