Full signal, no speed

All this munny spent on tv & radio ads to promote 'fast' iBurst... the negative word of mouth on the street kills it all.... if they would just provide the service to give a good connection, happy customers' word of mouth would bring in way more business than media marketing.

I agree with you. Only customers they're getting are the ones that don't care or even ask about the service. others wouldn't show up.

girls with ibust tshirts on streetcorners would get more customers.

If I was an iBurst employee, I would be pretty worried by now!

Just browsing the iBurst threads, it tells you quite a bit about their service.

What is the issue, incompetence, lack of stable technology? Why don’t they just be forthright, there customers will understand, well I hope.

The longer they wait to communicate the more customers they will alienate; they are badly in need of some PR advice...

We should all give Iburst some time to find their feet. Remember, they only started expanding a few months ago. I strongly believe that all their connectivity issues will be resolved by the end of this year.

Especialy with all the Sentech guys and now with Mweb selling iBurst, everyone knows that M-web's "much more expensive than anyone else" pricing model just gets users flocking to them for those "premium" services.

Im shure they will convert another thousand or so people to iBurst before the year is up.

Hope iBurst is ready, this can mean big bucks for them, or they can let their network slip and go Sentechs router, for the time being they have nt handled in too badly on the whole. A few crappy base stations, but most are doing okay it seems, well definatley in Cape Town, and the most congested tower, the CBD got some help from a new Gardens installation so that was good work, hopefully they keep putting towers wherethey are needed both to expand and keep their client base.

i have 2 accounts. a personal one - using it on the east rand, and a business one - using it on the west rand. on my personal one i have no problems, but with the one in roodepoort, i can even send email. and i not talking about large mails, im talking about 200k
