- The right attitude. Anyone with passion for technology that is willing take initiative to do research and try new things should be able to do almost anything.
- Experience is very important as well, not necessarily in the same technology as the requirement. Technologies change, but the basic principles stay the same – one you’ve worked with a similar technology it is not that difficult to adapt. However, the lessons learned while picking up experience is very valuable.
