Advanced technical test is required to be completed
Overall purpose of the position: Programming, developing and architecting various facilities and features to enhance our service offerings.
Minimum Requirements – Solid knowledge of MS SQL, ASP/ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, CSS – Solid understanding of the innards of the internet (DNS, FTP, Mail, IIS, HTTP) – 1 Year work experience using MS SQL, ASP.Net (C#), JavaScript
Ideal requirements – Software Development Diploma – Experience using PHP, MySQL, Python, Perl or Subversion – Solid understanding of BPM – Experience using the latest .NET technologies such as LINQ, Entity Framework, WPF, WWF and Dynamic Data Controls
Inherent Characteristics – Self motivated and self disciplined – Passionate and committed – Innovative and proactive – Results oriented – Team work, diplomacy and tact – Customer focused – Ability to learn continuously – Humility and modesty
Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) – Previous experience with the creation of new systems using web based technologies, C#, ASP.NET, classic ASP and interaction with MS SQL server. – Previous experience with the maintenance of the existing systems using web based technologies, C#, ASP.NET, classic ASP and interaction with MS SQL server. – Ensure that all changes and updates are property communicated and documented on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis on our documentation and task management system. – Ensure that company policies are followed at all times. – Ensure that work is done according to the policies and quality standards set by the Development Manager.
