Candidates will be required to do advanced technical assessments
Position: Developer
Reports to: Development Manager
Overall purpose of the position: Programming, developing and architecting various facilities and features to enhance our service offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- Solid knowledge of MS SQL, ASP/ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, CSS
- Solid understanding of the innards of the internet (DNS, FTP, Mail, IIS, HTTP)
- 1 Year work experience using MS SQL, ASP.Net (C#), JavaScript
Ideal requirements
- Software Development Diploma
- Experience using PHP, MySQL, Python, Perl or Subversion
- Solid understanding of BPM
- Experience using the latest .NET technologies such as LINQ, Entity Framework, WPF, WWF and Dynamic Data Controls

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)
- Previous experience with the creation of new systems using web based technologies, C#, ASP.NET, classic ASP and interaction with MS SQL server.
- Previous experience with the maintenance of the existing systems using web based technologies, C#, ASP.NET, classic ASP and interaction with MS SQL server.
- Ensure that all changes and updates are property communicated and documented on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis on our documentation and task management system.
- Ensure that company policies are followed at all times.
- Ensure that work is done according to the policies and quality standards set by the Development Manager.
