Description:
Capacity and Performance Engineer. Randburg.
Should have worked in IT Infrastructure Management for a minimum of 4 years, experience on ITSM Tools and ESM Tools (preferably support)
Should have used ticketing tools like BMC Remedy. Exposure to ITIL processes
Knowledge on Windows, UNIX and storage technologies,experience in troubleshooting monitoring agents and SNMP related issues
An understanding of IT Governance framework including COBIT and ITIL and Certification thereon will be an added advantage
Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
Understanding client’s Business Strategy and aligning IT to meet Business objective
Closely monitoring the capacity and performance of the test environments
Publishing the weekly and monthly status reports on Capacity and performance on Test Environments
