One of our clients, a growing and dynamic online agency based is seeking a Designer/Front End Web Developer
Requirements:
Relevant web design/development qualification 3+ years front end web design and development experience using (X)HTML, CSS, meta tags and JavaScript
Solid experience in cross-browser compatibility, in specific IE6
Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Dreamweaver and Fireworks
Familiarity with Java and relational databases
Simple Flash animation
Responsibilities:
Design and rollout of concepts
Using Fireworks to export slices for newsletters and web templates; making banners, buttons, transparent and animated gifs; etc.
Using Photoshop to manipulate photos (filters, masks, layering), deep-etching of photographs and creating pixel perfect source files (.psd) to be used in cut ups.
Development of exciting new financial web offerings and enhancements to the existing portfolio. This will include formatting and maintenance of code, styling and testing.
