My client is requiring the expertise of an experienced Developer Systems Reports to join their team on a full time basis.
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be required to develop and publish Oracle and Microsoft SQL server databse based reprots from systems through the use of Web methods and related technologies.
• Requirememnts:
• At least a Grade 12 qualification with a minimum of three years applicable experience in the development and publishing of reports by using Oracle Reports versions, 9i, and 10G as well as Crystal Reports version 11 and Microsoft Sql Server Reporting Services 2008.
• Vendor based training and certification in the above mentioned technologies and applications.
• Competence in data modelling and the extraction of data by SQL coding, creation of views, stored procedures and triggers.
• Integration of reports with applications and dissemination techniques like Web methods.
• Strong communication capabilities with excellent business process experience and the ability to convert user requirements to documentation and applicable system designs
• Competency in leading and documenting JAD/JRP sessions
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.
Good verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively document procedures.
• The ability to individually manage projects and deliver documented solutions.
• Proficiency in the handling of Micrsoft Internet Information Server.
• Proficiency in the integration of systems with Oracle and SQL Server databases
