Required Skills: **
- Need to have strong graphic design and Flash development experience*******
- Actionscript 3 (at least 2 years experience)******
- HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript*******
- Proficient in Adobe Product Suite (CS3 & 4)*Key
Responsibilities:***
- Development, customisation and integration of the required Flash based solutions.****
- Assist with improving the visual presentation of our existing and future games.****
- Ability to conceptualise and contribute innovative thinking to brainstorms.**
- In depth knowledge of web usability and accessibility standards.****
- Ability to work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.*****
- Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly with lateral thinking.
