Implementation Consultant Job Specification
Background
Cyberstream is a channel partner of Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). Infor is a global application software company with head office in USA and annual revenues of $2.2 billion. Cyberstream was established in 1992 and counts companies such as Unilever, Standard Bank and Drake & Scull as clients. We are a small, focused company.
Office Location
Cyberstream’s offices are at 367 Oak Avenue, Randburg. Own transportation is required as visits to clients forms part of the job.
Job Requirements
The job is to assist Cyberstream in all implementation aspects of the Infor product range.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Analyse the business needs of our clients.
• Guide the clients in structuring and collection of data.
• Provide training to key system users.
• Configure Infor EAM to meet client requirements.
Willingness and ability to travel is an absolute requirement. Clients are mainly in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. Occasional travel to other countries (Botswana, Swaziland, Ghana, Angola, Kenya etc.)
Experience required
Person must be a self starter willing to take on a variety of jobs as circumstances require. Person must also have a small business outlook and be able to interface to clients. Engineering background would be useful.
Skills required
The candidate must have skills in the following products :
Crystal Reports MS SQL Server and/or MS Access MS Office (Access, Excel, Word and MS Project)
Exposure to Structure Query Language would be an advantage.
The candidate will be trained in Infor EAM in-house.
