Junior Developer required by my client based in Southern Suburbs
Matric with relevant IT Diploma/Degree essential
1-2 years related experience with 1 years business Objects design experience using designer Must have report writing experience using Full Client, Desktop Intelligence or Web Intelligence
C, C++, Java and XML
Data Modeling and Data Warehousing experience essential
Strong SQL and database knowledge required
EFT background, Sybase IQ Knowledge, Postillion office knowledge, Business Objects XI, experience knowledge with website development (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Coldfusion) and Linux would be advantageous
The successful candidate will be required to enhance existing software systems according to specifications, design software solutions that meet the business requirements and are easy to maintain
Create warehousing designs based on business requirements, develop software systems according to specifications, follow development policies and procedures, deliver complete reporting solutions to high quality in agreed timescales, model technical solutions and document the technical designs.
