Junior Project Support Consultant (Financial Software Solutions)

R15-18k per month (ctc)
One of my clients in the IT industry is looking for a Junior Project Support Consultant.
The successful applicant is required to:
Activities/ responsibilities generally associated with this position:
1. Performing project related administration for both internal and client facing projects.
2. Toolset related support.
3. Assist with arranging and act as scribe during workshops, training sessions or other events.
4. Arrange and coordinate interaction sessions with the client for senior consultants.
5. Coaching and mentoring of resources on project-related processes and toolsets.
6. Training/ lecturing of project-related courseware including custom solution (processes and toolsets).
Other important traits:
• Patience; lots of it.
• Good listening skills.
• A people’s person.
• Sensitive to company culture.
• Professional conduct.
• Team player.
• Basic knowledge of various disciplines for which projects are delivered, e.g. engineering, construction, financial, management.
• Superior level of computer literacy, e.g. fully capable in the use of all Microsoft Office applications and other relevant technology toolsets.
HDI candidate is important.
SQL, Project Server, PPO (Project Portfolio Office) experience are a plus.
