Work with digital team and manage small to large scale projects
We are seeking an energetic and digitally savvy digital project manager to add to our team. They should be well-versed in the online/digital world including Websites, Web applications, Content Management Systems, Online marketing. They will be working with our digital team and manage small to large scale projects.
Duties
Manage supplier and client communications to identify and accomplish goals
Initiate planning of projects including requirements gathering, scoping, budgeting and scheduling
Develop scope documents and assist with proposals
Ensure projects finish on time and meet clients’ expectations
Control projects budgets, timelines and resource allocations
Book in, schedule and manage projects
Provide progress reports
Manage daily, weekly and monthly traffic requests
Update and manage traffic and planning schedules
Manage staff schedules
Requirements
Must have digital and web project management experience
Must have solid knowledge of the creative and development processes and lifecycles and be comfortable with a wide variety of web technologies
Technical knowledge including terminology, mediums, technologies, programming languages, platforms and what is best used for various situations
Experience in managing integrated campaigns from start to finish
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
