Minimum Requirements:
Relevant graduate qualification with 10+ years experience
• Macro and micro change management experience
• Experience in training, business process revisions and readiness as well as end-to-end software readiness
• Project risk management experience is critical
• Experience in contractual approvals and procurement processes
• Program management experience is essential
• Change management planning
• Extensive Knowledge of software systems
Job Specification:
• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of enterprise-wide technology projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished.
• Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
• Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
• Ensures delivery of diverse technology systems and applications, to stakeholders client expectations and industry standards, through project managers and their teams.
• Identifies risks and provide solutions to ensure that projects are completed within specified time-frames.
• Ensures a clear understanding of the integration of projects and the dependencies between them
