Release Management Coordinator.
Randburg. Market related.
The role involves handling Release facilitation
Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to IT environment support Release Facilitation.
Attending Release meetings and understand project requirements.
Updating internal/external release dashboard
Managing Release board sign-off
Follow-up with multiple stake holders to review the requirements submitted.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, System and standard software, processes in delivering services
Experience in release management in Information Technology
Knowledge in any of Change/release management tool like Remedy;
MS-Excel , MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint
Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
Having experience on change management, Incident management tool like Remedy and should have had an exposure to other Service Management tools like CASD, HPSM, etc.
