An international well known client who is an independent provider of network management tools and services is looking for a Planning tools support and deployment specialist to do extensive travelling through Africa to support their various clients
We are looking for your
3 years experience in the delivery of software solutions to customers
Degree or diploma in relevant field 2-3 years experience with the hands-on delivery of software solutions to customers is an advantage Wireless Telecoms is a huge advantage
Oracle DBA and SQL, Unix And Citrix experience is a huge advantage
IT Networking experience
Understanding of Radio Network Planning and Optimization in Mobile Network Operators.
Good knowledge of Radio Planning & Optimization software tools or Mobile Network Radio Planning & Optimization experience
You will be responsible for
Assist Engineers with problem analysis and resolution Be able to very quickly analyze and diagnose customer requirements and offer solutions where appropriate
Mentor new or inexperienced staff
Be able to build strong professional relationships with customers and internal staff
Have a good knowledge of SQL, PL\SQL
Have a good knowledge of Oracle
Have a good knowledge of XML
Be able to write accurate and robust scripts to resolve or workaround specific key customer issues
Have a very detailed knowledge of tools import\export procedures
Provide technical support to customers and internal staff via phone, email and fax. Visit customer sites (worldwide) when required to carry out advanced software installations and to resolve advanced and complex technical support issues
Be able to communicate clearly and concisely on a wide range of technical subjects to our entire customer base
