Senior Cisco Engineer

My client is looking for a senior Cisco engineer to be based at their client’s site. The service entails high level application performance monitoring which includes 7 layer analysis and will mean the involvement of application developers, server engineers, network engineers, business service managers and perhaps executive management. Recording the health of the critical applications, reporting slow response and recommending actions forms the foundation of this position. A keen sense of business and good understanding of ITIL are mandatory in order to carry out the service.
We are looking for your:
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Cisco qualification
• Cisco experience (WAAS preferable)
• Microsoft experience (qualification would be preferable)
• Experience in monitoring including SNMP, NetFlow and protocol analysis
• ITIL qualification
