• IDE Tools – Netbeans
• At least three to five years systems development experience in Java, J2EE (Web)
• Web Services
• JSP
• Servlets
• OO skills and methodologies
o SQL
o HTML, XML, CSS, JQuery
• Technical lead experience and the ability provide functional & technical documentation as part of your project planning
• J2EE Design Patterns
• Database and Business Tier Best Practices
• Formal Java qualification
• A working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
Advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
•The flexibility to handle multiple projects while providing pre-sales input to Project and Client Service Managers.
• Committed
• The ability to work independently
• Possesses an attention to detail and a thorough testing ethic.
• Knowledge sharing and team work are incredibly important as we will be looking to share the knowledge across our team.
• The ability to provide the correct solution for the project taking deadline, budget, resource availability and client constraints in to account.
• The ability to interface and gain requirements from client and translate them in to practical system architecture.
• Banking development experience will be advantageous.
