Description:
Senior PHP developer is needed for a mobile telecoms company based in Bellville. You will be responsible for the development of core PHP based applications on their commercial platforms. You will be joining a technology focused company with a dynamic start up culture, and a passion for open source tech.The salary is flexible R25k-R35k.
Skills required;
- PHP Development with 5+ years experience. MySQL,
- Any Java and Oracle experience will be to your advantage.
- Have significant experience developing client / server, n-Tier and web applications.
- Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Object Oriented development methodologies and UML.
- Have excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
- XML and SOAP an advantage.
- Proficiency with Linux (e.g. RedHat); Understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL, secure web servers such as Apache with mod_ssl.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum principles
- Degree / Diploma will be a significant advantage.
