I am urgently looking for young (Preference for applicants under 30 years old) dynamic graduates with IT related degrees (BSc or Engineering Graduates).
The customer base include some of the top companies in South Africa and has a strong client base spanning the financial, engineering, military, IT, telecommunications, retail, broadcasting, entertainment and academic sectors plus works with the latest technology.
I prefer to build people from the bottom up and therefore offer very strong career growth potential. Developers have strong growth paths, and can grow into Systems Architects, Analysts, Team Leads, Programme Managers, Technical Leads and General Management within a very short period. Applicants must be eager to learn, have obtained their degree from one of the leading universities and have excellent communications skills.
Working environment:
Strongly results focused, with regular financial rewards for hard work
They don’t micro manage
Their approach to development is Agile in nature, where they engage regularly with the client
They have never missed deadlines, so at times the teams work overtime, however they set projects up so that they can be done in good time
Relaxed working atmosphere; chill room has a Pool Table, TV, Bar, etc
Must have a relevant Computer Science or Engineering Degree from a reputable university plus experience in either .Net, C#, Java/J2EE or C++.
