SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER
.Do you love consuming the technology used for modern IT system design, development, implementation and support and continually push your boundaries and abilities to achieve business system efficiencies?
• Do you enjoy working through all the stages of the process and stretch yourself on each new project you work on to deliver systems that will really work?
• Do you understand the BUSINESS to match the IT goals to systems development, also understanding that working smart is crucial?
• Do you listen? When you discuss software system requests do you listen and ask the right questions to help you hit the nail on the head when you sit down to design, develop and resolve problems?
• Do you keep yourself up to date on emerging IT trends? Do you constantly train yourself to use new tools and push your limits and abilities, understanding that the more you are capable of, the more productive you can be.
• Can you handle deadlines? When we promise a date to deliver by, we stick to our deadlines. This is for our own productivity and ensuring each month is successful and profitable.

• Being responsible for small/medium size projects from concept through to completed implementation.
• The ideal applicant will have software related experience complemented by some business experience so that he/she understands the business implications of what he/she is doing. The ability to interpret business requirements and offer system development and support direction is therefore essential.
• IT roles demand flexible time with the expectation of getting it right first time on time.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience to include C# programming
• ERP systems development, integration and support experience essential
• Enet integration experience
• MS Sharepoint knowledge and experience a plus
• Software or related degree or diploma or made good progress towards completion
• Manufacturing company and/or clothing company experience advantageous
