EE Solutions Architect
R400,000-450,000 Per Annum CTC Incl Benefits
Permanent position in the Information Technology sector in Johannesburg in South Africa (Gauteng). Benefits: Medical Aid, Provident Fund, ADSL allowance.
My client , a leader in the ISP / telco industry has a vacancy for a Solutions Architect who, reporting to the General Manager will focus to provide technical pre and post sales support to the business sales teams across the business.
Job Outputs
• Assist Account Managers with finalizing of proposals and quotes.
• Assisting with drawing up Network diagrams.
• Ensure related administration processes are completed accurately and timeously.
• Ensure queries are handled efficiently
• Ensure follow-up with suppliers and product teams are done.
Job Competencies
• Good communication skills and the ability to work at executive levels.
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio is essential.
• Relationship building experience.
• Previous WAN and LAN networking experience
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 2 years in the ISP/networking industry
• Own Transport is essential
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry
• Cisco qualification is advantageous
• Good product knowledge is a bonus
