SYSTEMS ANALYST (SUPPLY CHAIN): PAROW
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To ensure that the systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices; and to provide business process and technology support to users.
KEY OUTPUTS
• Support of existing business processes and technology
• Research new developments and changes to business processes and technology
• Management of system changes
• System analysis and documentation
• Proposed new developments and changes to business process and technology
• Business Process design – functional and technical specifications
• Training manual development and maintenance
• Facilitation of training workshops
• In-House and remote User support/system problem analysis
• Project management
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
• Business degree with Analytical / Commercial subjects
• Above average computer literacy: MS Office Pro, MS Project, Excel, Access
• Minimum 3 year systems analyst experience
• Experience of the retail process will be an advantage
• Experience in using the Tradestone PLM application will be an advantage
• Retail experience will be an advantage
• Presentation and facilitation skills
• Programming experience or knowledge would be an advantage
• Attention to detail, sound business acumen, good interpersonal and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, results driven, self motivator and a team player
SALARY
R20 000 – R25 000
