Our client a financial leader is looking for a senior ASP.net / VB.net developer with at least 4 years experience within a software development environment.
Duties:
Migration of existing VB6 systems into .NET
General web dev
Maintenance and support
Must have:
Visual Studio 2008
SSRS 2005
SQL 2005
Stored Procedures, Tables, Indexes; T-SQL;
SSIS and SSRS advantageous only
VB.NET
Agile and Waterfall depending on size of project
OO knowledge very advantageous
VB6
Qualifications and experience:
Degree and Microsoft Certificates (Or experience)
At least 4 years experience.
Insurance/financial experience will be an added advantage to the application.
